Need to return all or part of your order? No problem! Just email with a complete list of all of the items you would like to return, including style numbers, colours, sizes and quantities. Please include your order number. We will reply with return instructions.


  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order date
  • Returns must be authorized by
  • Returns without a return authorization number (RA) will be refused
  • Items must be in new and saleable condition, with original packaging

Please note:

  • Returns sent to a location (including our head office) not provided in the return instructions may be subject to additional shipping fees
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Returns must be sent via courier; local drop off is not available
  • Claims of defective, damaged, or lost items must be made within 10 days of date of purchase
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed


  • Due to the nature of online ordering and shipping costs, we are unfortunately unable to offer exchanges

Return to Sender

  • Please be aware that orders returned to sender are subject to a restocking fee


  • Once the order is sent to our warehouse for processing, we cannot cancel or make changes to it
  • Processing occurs within ten minutes of placing your order, even outside of our operating hours
  • Please always thoroughly check your order details before submitting it
  • Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect
