Need to return all or part of your order? No problem! Just email orders@safetywear.ca with a complete list of all of the items you would like to return, including style numbers, colours, sizes and quantities. Please include your order number. We will reply with return instructions.
Requirements:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order date
- Returns must be authorized by Safetywear.ca
- Returns without a return authorization number (RA) will be refused
- Items must be in new and saleable condition, with original packaging
Please note:
- Returns sent to a location (including our head office) not provided in the return instructions may be subject to additional shipping fees
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Returns must be sent via courier; local drop off is not available
- Claims of defective, damaged, or lost items must be made within 10 days of date of purchase
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed
Exchanges
- Due to the nature of online ordering and shipping costs, we are unfortunately unable to offer exchanges
Return to Sender
- Please be aware that orders returned to sender are subject to a restocking fee
Cancellations
- Once the order is sent to our warehouse for processing, we cannot cancel or make changes to it
- Processing occurs within ten minutes of placing your order, even outside of our operating hours
- Please always thoroughly check your order details before submitting it
- Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect
