Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates start at $14.95 and are calculated based on weight and location
• Please use our shipping calculator for quotes; it's how we do it too!
  • Add the item(s) and quantity you’re interested in to the shopping cart and simply enter your postal code

Shipping Speed

• Orders will be shipped via UPS, Purolator, FedEx, DHL, or Loomis
• Most orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days after being placed
• Same day delivery is not available
• We are unable to guarantee shipping timeframes or specific delivery dates
• It is possible we experience delays at the beginning of the week due to an excess of orders placed over the weekend. Please plan ahead!

Shipping Guidelines

• Orders are shipped from our warehouses in BC, AB, MB, ON, QC, or NS depending on proximity and availability
• Your order may be split between multiple warehouses
• Orders shipped from multiple warehouses may incur additional shipping charges and added delivery time
• Once an order has processed, the shipping method cannot be changed or upgraded
• If you live in a remote location (especially one that the courier does not service), free shipping may not apply to your order
  • We will email you with a quote from a courier that delivers to your area
• We are unable to ship to PO boxes
• We are unable to ship to addresses outside Canada

Order Notes

Order notes require manual review, which may cause delays in processing, particularly outside of standard business hours. Kindly be aware that specific delivery requests included in order notes may not always be possible. Additionally, courier drivers do not carry phones for communication.
